RV Park Rules & Policies

We believe in the golden rule of camping: treat others as you’d like to be treated!

• Respect Your Neighbors: Please refrain from walking or driving through other occupied campsites.
• Smoke-Free Buildings: Smoking is not permitted in any RV Park building, including restrooms and the laundry facility.
• Keep it Tidy: Please maintain a neat and orderly campsite.
• Quiet Time: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of your noise levels – whether it’s music, or televisions – to ensure it doesn’t disturb fellow guests. If you are being disturbed, please contact our Security team. Courtesy phones are located throughout the park. (For assistance, call Security at 530-635-7508 or the general line at (800) 334-9400.) Please do not confront other guests directly.

• Deposits: At the time of booking, a deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to your card.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your check-in date will incur a $20.00 handling fee, with the remaining deposit refunded to your card on file.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in no refund of the deposit.

• Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Please get in touch with the Front Desk if you anticipate a late departure; fees may apply.

• Liability & Responsibility: All registered guests and visitors use the Gold Country Casino RV Park facilities and amenities at their own risk. The RV Park, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for loss, injury, or theft to persons or their property while on the RV Park premises. The RV Park is not responsible for the acts of its guests and visitors or acts of God.
• Visitors: All visitors are required to check in at the Registration Desk. Registered guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors. Overnight visitors are subject to an additional guest fee of $5.00 per person. A maximum of 8 guests (including registered occupants) are allowed per site. Children under 18 accompanying the registered guest are admitted free of charge. Each reservation includes two adults with the site fee.
• Vehicles & Parking:
  • Registered guests are permitted ONE (1) Recreational Vehicle (RV) and one (1) tow vehicle per assigned site.
  • For additional parking needs, please inquire at the Registration Desk.
  • The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and cautiously.
  • No Drop Offs.
• Lawns & Site Upkeep: Our lawns feature a unique subsurface drip irrigation system. To protect it:
  • Do NOT drive tent stakes or other anchoring devices into the lawn.
  • Please refrain from leaving mats or other ground coverings on the lawn for extended periods.
• Tents: We have designated sites specifically for tent use in conjunction with an RV stay (no tent-only sites available). Tents must be free-standing and are not to be placed on lawn areas.
• Garbage Disposal: Dumpsters are conveniently located at both ends of the park for your bagged trash. If you require assistance with trash disposal, please get in touch with us.
• Wildlife: Our RV Park is situated near natural wildlife habitats. Please do not feed wildlife or leave food unsecured. Gold Country Casino RV Park is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by wildlife.
